What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters come with trained crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The specifics can vary depending on the type of charter – for example, sunset experiences come with high-quality refreshments and light snacks, while our business charters offer amenities like meeting areas and custom catering for professional events.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure your desired date is available, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks prior, and during high-demand periods (May through September), even earlier. For large gatherings and corporate functions, reserving your charter 4–6 weeks beforehand will help secure availability and give us time to tailor your experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should our captain decide the weather conditions are potentially dangerous, we will propose either a rescheduling of your yacht experience to another suitable date or a complete reimbursement. We actively monitor the weather and will connect with you about 24 hours before your set sail if the forecast is uncertain.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are welcome to bring personal food and drinks on board. In addition, we provide a variety of catering services with customizable menu options to suit your preferences. For everyone's safety, please be aware that glass containers are prohibited on our yachts.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to make our yachts welcoming to all guests. While some vessels feature more accessible options than others, we're prepared to advise on the most suitable yacht for guests with specific mobility needs and make necessary adjustments for a comfortable experience. Please discuss your requirements with us when making a reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done at least 72 hours before the sail date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before will qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the departure are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of adverse weather conditions or if there's a mechanical failure on our end.
